Hello, my name is Rupy, and I've been a licensed cosmetologist since 2003, with prior experience dating back to 1998. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and I do my best to bring out the beauty in everyone. The same is true for each and every person's face and appearance, as not all five fingers are the same size. What I aim to offer you is a one-of-a-kind approach to creating a look that complements your personality and to your liking.  Bridal Services Sacramento is home to one of the largest diverse community from South Asia. A unique blend of culture with a common thread to cater to our south Asian community I provide special bridal services. Delicately crafted, each bride is prepared with upmost care; it is the most important day of her life and we try our best to make her feel the beauty she is.
